Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 August 2026

This policy explains how PrismBall ("PrismBall" or "the game"), published by Falido, handles information when you use the Android app or visit this legal information website.

PrismBall does not require a Falido player account, does not sell or rent personal data, and does not ask for your name, phone number, postal address or payment-card details to play.

1. Information stored on your device

PrismBall stores unlocked levels, stars, level results, best times, achievements, selected cosmetic skins, rewarded-skin entitlements, the remove-ads entitlement, language, control size, sound, music and vibration preferences in private app storage. Temporary state may also be stored so the game can resume normally.

This information remains on the device unless you use Google Play Games cloud save. PrismBall does not upload local progress to a Falido-operated game server, and Android backup is disabled for the app.

2. Optional Google Play Games

If you sign in to Google Play Games, PrismBall may send saved progress, achievement unlocks and leaderboard scores to Google. Google may process your Play Games player identity and account-related identifiers, IP address or approximate region, gameplay records, achievements and device information for those services.

Cloud save, Play Games achievements and leaderboards are optional. Core gameplay does not require a Falido account.

3. Advertising, placement and rewards

PrismBall uses Google AdMob for interstitial and rewarded advertising:

  • the first seven levels contain no interstitial ads;
  • eligible interstitials appear only at natural breaks, after level completion or after repeated player deaths, and never during active play or at app launch;
  • frequency controls currently require two eligible level completions or three eligible deaths, with a global minimum interval of 90 seconds between interstitials; and
  • rewarded ads are optional and begin only after you choose a clearly labelled control to permanently unlock the displayed, non-transferable in-game cosmetic skin.

Buying Remove Ads disables interstitial and rewarded advertising and also unlocks the cosmetic skins that would otherwise be available through rewarded ads. These rules may be adjusted to improve player experience or comply with platform requirements without increasing ads beyond applicable Google policies.

Ad requests are configured for teen treatment and limited to Google's G-rated ad-content category. Teen treatment disables personalized advertising and remarketing for these requests and applies additional protections for teenage users.

4. Information processed for ads

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location;
  • app launches, taps, ad impressions, video views and other app or ad interactions;
  • diagnostic, crash, latency and performance information; and
  • advertising ID, app set ID and other device or account identifiers where available.

Google may use this information for ad delivery, contextual selection, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security and legal compliance. Mobile SDK storage, device identifiers and similar technologies may perform functions comparable to cookies or web beacons.

5. Consent and privacy choices

PrismBall uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). On every app launch, the game asks Google whether an updated consent message or privacy option is required. Where required, a Google-certified consent message is shown before ad requests are made. Eligible choices are communicated to Google Consent Mode for advertising and Analytics storage.

When Google requires it, Privacy Options appears in the pause menu so you can review or change eligible choices. Options depend on your region, age, Google settings and applicable law. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

6. Firebase Analytics

PrismBall uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate usage, diagnose problems and improve level balance. Firebase automatically processes an app-instance ID, masked IP address used to derive coarse location, app version, device and operating-system information, first opens, sessions and screen activity.

The game sends limited events such as level and world number, start source, completion time, collected stars, respawn count and earned goals. Firebase may also automatically record in-app purchase events containing the product identifier, product name, currency and price. PrismBall does not set a Firebase User-ID and does not send your name, email address, Play Games identity or free-form text to Analytics. Firebase Analytics advertising-ID collection is disabled.

7. Google Play Billing

The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play. Google handles the payment method and payment-card information; Falido does not receive or store those details. The app receives product details, price, purchase state and a purchase token needed to verify and acknowledge the entitlement. The token is used during the billing flow and is not uploaded to a Falido server. The resulting remove-ads entitlement is stored locally and may be restored through Google Play.

8. Permissions and data not requested

The app uses internet and network-state access for AdMob, consent messages, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Billing and optional Play Games services. It does not request access to precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, videos, audio files, health data, text messages, calendar data or payment-card information.

9. Purposes and legal grounds

Information is processed to provide requested game and purchase features, save progress, measure and improve performance, deliver and protect advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, answer support requests and comply with legal or platform duties. Depending on your location, processing relies on your consent, performance of requested services, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the game, or legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where that option applies without affecting processing already completed.

10. Sharing and international transfers

Data may be transmitted to Google when AdMob, UMP, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Billing or optional Play Games features are used. Google and its service providers may process data in countries other than your own, using safeguards described in Google's policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or services, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

See the Google Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads SDK disclosure, Firebase Analytics disclosure and Google Play Games privacy information.

11. Security and retention

Local game data is kept in Android's app-private storage. Google service traffic is encrypted in transit. No method is completely secure, but PrismBall limits permissions and does not maintain a separate player-account database.

Local data remains until you clear app storage or uninstall PrismBall. Google retains AdMob, Analytics, Billing and Play Games data according to its configured settings, service rules and legal duties. Falido retains support emails only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

12. Your choices, rights and deletion

You may clear local data in Android settings, uninstall the app, review eligible consent choices, manage your advertising ID, manage Play Games data in your Google account and restore or manage purchases through Google Play. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding information directly controlled by Falido.

See the Data Safety page for a category-by-category summary.

13. Children and teenagers

PrismBall is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent information to Falido may contact us for review and deletion. Advertising requests use teen protections and G-rated ad-content limits.

14. This website and policy changes

This static legal website has no developer-added advertising, analytics, contact form or tracking cookie. Firebase Hosting may process ordinary request, security and diagnostic logs under Google's policies. We may update this policy when the game, SDKs or legal requirements change; the current date is shown above.
