This page provides a transparent summary of data that may be processed when PrismBall is used. It reflects the Android release configuration with Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Billing and optional Google Play Games services.
Data category summary
The table uses "shared" conservatively to describe data transmitted to Google services. Google Play's formal Data safety form has specific exceptions for service-provider and user-initiated transfers, so the final Play Console selections may use different labels while describing the same technical flow.
| Google Play category | Examples | Collected | Shared | Availability | Purposes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Approximate location | General location inferred from IP address by AdMob and from masked IP address by Firebase Analytics | Yes | Yes, with Google | Analytics and ads; may vary by region and consent | Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance |
| Personal information | Google account name or email if made discoverable through Play Games settings | Yes | Yes, with Google | Optional Play Games only | Account management and app functionality |
| Financial information | Purchase history: product identifier, product name, price, currency, purchase state and purchase token. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not received by Falido. | Yes | Yes, with Google | Only when the optional Remove Ads purchase or restoration is used; some purchase events may be recorded automatically by Firebase Analytics | App functionality, account management, analytics, fraud prevention and security |

| App info and performance | Ad and SDK diagnostics, stability signals and performance information | Yes | Yes, with Google | Processed automatically when relevant SDK services run | Analytics, advertising, fraud prevention and security |
| Device or other IDs | Firebase app-instance ID, AdMob advertising ID, app set ID and other device identifiers | Yes | Yes, with Google | May vary by device, consent and region; Analytics advertising ID collection is disabled | Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and security |
Firebase Analytics configuration
Firebase Analytics collects automatic lifecycle events and limited gameplay events: level number and world, start source, completion time, stars collected, respawn count and goals earned. It may also automatically record in-app purchase events containing the product identifier, product name, price and currency. PrismBall does not set a Firebase User-ID or send names, email addresses, Play Games identities or free-form text to Analytics. Advertising ID collection by Firebase Analytics is disabled.
Local-only game data
Unlocked levels, stars, level results, best times, selected skins, rewarded-skin entitlements, the remove-ads entitlement and sound, music or vibration preferences are stored in the game's private on-device storage. They are not sent to a developer server. If you voluntarily enable Google Play Games cloud save, the saved progress snapshot is transmitted to Google for that feature.
Data not intentionally collected
PrismBall does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, messages, photos, videos, audio recordings, user files, payment-card or bank-account details, health and fitness information, calendar information, web browsing history or a list of installed apps. Google Play processes payment details for purchases; PrismBall processes only the purchase-history fields described above.
Optional and required processing
Optional
Google Play Games sign-in, cloud saves, achievements and leaderboards are optional. Core offline gameplay does not require a PrismBall account with Falido.
Advertising
AdMob is included in the release version for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Privacy choices are requested through Google's User Messaging Platform where required. Ad requests use teen treatment and Google's G-rated ad-content limit. Interstitials appear only at natural breaks after the first seven ad-free levels; rewarded ads require an explicit choice to permanently unlock the displayed non-transferable cosmetic skin.
Analytics
Firebase Analytics is included in the release version for aggregate usage measurement and game improvement. Where applicable, the User Messaging Platform communicates choices to Google Consent Mode, including Analytics storage.
Purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play. Falido does not receive payment-card details. Product details, purchase state and a purchase token are used to acknowledge and restore the entitlement; the token is not uploaded to a Falido server.
Security practices
- Google service traffic is encrypted in transit.
- Game progress uses Android's app-private local storage.
- Android backup is disabled for PrismBall.
- The developer does not maintain a PrismBall player-account database; aggregate Analytics reports are stored in Firebase.
- The app does not request sensitive device permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts or precise location.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until app storage is cleared or PrismBall is uninstalled. Google and Falido's configured service settings control retention for data processed by AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Google Play Billing; Google controls Play Games retention. Players can delete local data immediately, review eligible consent choices, manage Play purchases and manage or delete Play Games data from their Google account.
