Data Deletion

Instructions updated: 15 August 2026

You do not create a PrismBall account with Falido. Most game progress is stored only on your Android device and can be deleted immediately by you.

1. Delete local game data

This deletes unlocked levels, stars, level results, best times, achievements stored locally, selected skins and game preferences from your device. It also resets Firebase Analytics identifiers stored with the app on that device.

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Select Apps, then PrismBall.
  3. Open Storage & cache.
  4. Select Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.

Uninstalling PrismBall also removes its private local data. Because Android backup is disabled for the app, that local data is not restored from the developer's backup. Menu names may differ slightly by Android manufacturer.

This cannot be undone. Clearing storage or uninstalling removes local progress. If Google Play Games cloud save is enabled, also follow the Google Play Games steps below.

2. Delete Google Play Games data

If you used cloud saves, achievements or leaderboards, Google controls that data. You can delete data for PrismBall without deleting your entire Google account.

From a web browser

  1. Open your Google Play Games profile and sign in to the correct Google account.
  2. Open Your Data.
  3. Select Delete Play Games account & data.
  4. Find PrismBall and choose the option to delete the individual game's data.

From Android

  1. Open Google Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Open Settings > General > Play Games profile.
  3. Open Privacy & settings, then Delete profile & game data.
  4. Find PrismBall and delete its game data.

Google may update these menu names. See Google's current Play Games deletion instructions if the steps differ on your device.

3. Manage advertising, Analytics and purchase data

Where the option is required and available, open PrismBall's pause menu and select Privacy Options to review Google's consent choices, including eligible Analytics storage choices. You can also manage or delete the advertising ID from Android's privacy or ads settings. Firebase Analytics advertising ID collection is disabled in PrismBall.

Clearing app storage resets the on-device Analytics app-instance ID and stops that identifier from being used for future events. Previously collected pseudonymous or aggregate Analytics information follows the configured Google Analytics retention and deletion settings and may be retained where required for security or legal obligations.

The Remove Ads transaction and purchase history are controlled by Google Play. You can review purchases in Google Play and manage payment or transaction information through your Google account. Clearing PrismBall storage removes the local entitlement until Google Play restores a valid purchase. Google may retain transaction records where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

4. Send a deletion request

You may email us to request deletion of personal information directly under Falido's control, such as a previous privacy support conversation, or to ask about Firebase Analytics information.

Email a deletion request

Include the app name and enough context to identify your correspondence. Do not send passwords, government identity documents, payment details, advertising IDs or Google account credentials.

5. What the developer can delete

Falido can review and delete support correspondence and records directly under its control, subject to fraud prevention and legal retention duties. PrismBall does not operate a player account system or backend database containing your local game progress.

Firebase Analytics reports do not contain a PrismBall account, your name, email address or Play Games identity, and PrismBall does not set a Firebase User-ID. For this reason, historic Analytics events generally cannot be located from an email address alone. We will use available Analytics deletion controls when a valid request can be technically matched and will explain the outcome.

Falido cannot directly search or delete data stored in your private Android app storage or data controlled by Google through AdMob, Google Play Billing and Play Games. Use the device and Google account controls above for those records.

6. Response and retention

We will acknowledge valid email requests and respond within the period required by applicable law. Information may be retained where reasonably necessary to complete the request, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or comply with legal obligations. When no longer needed, information under our control is deleted or anonymized.
